Frank NINIVAGGI, Ayurveda, and Eckhart Toll Read both books. Ayurveda: A Comprehensibve Guide to Tradional Indian Medicine, and Toll's book are great together. Highly recommended!! Around the Corner and Up Your Block I confess that for my taste, this is not the best Eckhart. But for a gentle introduction to "this way of thinking and being" it's terrific. Peace to you. Mindfulness Anyone who enjoys Tolle's books, realizes that he is sharing the teachings of mindfulness in a new and accessible way. I highly recommend this book along with FREE YOUR MIND by Anthony Stultz and BEING ZEN by Ezra Bayda. A tour de force of new approaches to mindful living. | |||||||||||||
