We All Need Help; This Offers Some My Parents Went Through the Holocaust and All I Got Was This Lousy Tshirt I'm S. Hanala Stadner, big fan of Ken's books, Author of "My Parents Went Through the Holocaust and All I Got was This Lousy T-shirt." A Memoir. I took a course given by Ken and it helped me finish writing, and then publishing my "TRAUMEDY". I recommend this book. The thing is...you have to read it. I'd say worth the time.
Master Storyteller Makes it Memorable The One Minute Entrepreneur: The Secret to Creating and Sustaining a Successful Business works because Ken Blanchard is a master storyteller. The principles presented to become a successful entrepreneur are basic and pretty obvious: sales must exceed expenses, you must collect bills, take care of your customers, and take care of your employees.
Chances are, you already know this.
But the beauty of the book--indeed, what will probably make the book another classic--is that most of it is told in story form. Stories are more concrete than mere facts; we read a good story with strong imagery and feel the lessons being taught.
It is like very good fiction. Great fiction draws us into another world and we literally see and identify with the characters and plot. So it is with The One Minute Entrepreneur--the concepts that will make us successful entrepreneurs come alive when reading this little, but important , book.
By the author of the award winning book, Harmonious Environment: Beautify, Detoxify and Energize Your Life, Your Home and Your Planet
Inspiring One Minute Book This is an inspiring book on business and leadership. I also highly recommend Mitchell Ditkoff's "Awake at the Wheel" which gives fantastic exercises on generating new ideas and creating innovation. Awake at the Wheel: Getting Your Great Ideas Rolling (in an Uphill World)
A great read. This a great book for anyone wanting to understand their own business or have a better idea of what changes they can make to benefit their employer. The lessons are easy to understand and implement in whatever it is that you are currently doing. I recommend this for any intrapreneur or entrepreneur. It was easy to read and hard to put down.
